Because that's how you should start every single year. It is the best year of your life. It is going to be awesome.

I love this time of year. First day of the year. Can't get any better than that. You get to look ahead and determine

where you want to get to by this time next year. Break it up, pick big goals, then break those up into small manageable amounts, set action plans,

commit to yourself, look up B.J. Foggs, tiny habits, can't help it plug that guy whenever we're talking about goals.

It's not about willpower, it's about behavior change.

So pick a couple goals, zero in on those things, be tactical in how you tackle them, and just

go for it.

Just improve a little bit.

Read a few more books than you did last year.

Walk more than you did last year. Ride your bike more. Drive your car less.

Smile more. Complain less.

Hug more people that you know.
