I would just like us to go back to coveting things that are grown correctly,

0:05.0

trying to figure out how to have a cooperative and more sustainable situation where you have

0:10.0

a bunch of different foods, not so much monocropping.

0:13.0

And I know a lot of this is not realistic because it's set up as a food business.

0:16.0

But my hope is that somehow we collectively feel that it's important enough to either pay a little

0:21.8

extra to try to go back and transition back to the way that food was originally grown and

0:29.3

the way animals were originally farmed. It's going to take a long time. We may never go there.

1:45.5

And a lot of times for a long time, I would look at certain companies and be like, well,

1:49.2

they're a food company, but they're making these products that really don't have or they have

1:53.6

a minimal nutritional value. And the minute I flipped it and started looking at it like,

1:59.8

no, they make this product. It is a product you eat,

2:03.3

but it isn't necessarily food. It kind of liberated me, one, from being angry that I thought I was,
