Hi, welcome to the Havolle Podcast. I'm so excited that you're here and we have been doing this amazing series.

I say amazing because I'm not the one that's doing all the work on the art of adult friendships and we have found that gosh just because we're adults doesn't make

friendship easy and then how do we navigate building deep friendships and even somewhat of a

core group or a small group or a support group how do you grow that?

And so we have had the conversation,

But today, we are jumping into the practice and all my admin people go,

thank you Jesus because I need to know what you're talking about.

You know, what do you wear?

What do you eat?

What do you try it?

So we're going to get into the practice of our core group,

which has been about 11 years I've only been

apart from maybe nine and Caitlin's been apart for what seven six so again and it

has a rotated there are different women that have come in but we are not the

OGs. Michelle did you start didn't start with you along with Sarah Larson

Lauren Jenna and we were a part of the original ogee.
