I have absolutely nothing prepared.

As you can possibly hear, I am sick.

God, my household got this upper upper respiratory deal and we've been

all fighting it and uh my kids been through it and my wife and now finally i've been dealing with it

for like two fucking weeks as annoying as shit but i hope to be out the other end of it here. I've been managing. I've been going to work

every day and still cranking, but this morning, my daughter woke me up in the absolute middle

of the night and I struggled to get back to bed. I just felt like death this morning. So this is

going to be a little bit of a quick hitter. The day that you're listening to this, Friday, July 28th, it was important that I got on here

because I wanted to reiterate what I mentioned last week about the stick giveaway from
