0:53.7	Yeah, so I have a question about spiritual cultish group pre-COVID. I was a part of a spiritual
0:59.8	group that practiced reiki psychic development, sound healing. And it was my first intro
1:05.0	into those types of topics. And it was led by a healer slash psychic. I confided a lot
1:10.9	in this person and felt really just like seen and heard and in hindsight, I'm afraid
1:15.3	I was outsourcing my power and made a lot of really big decisions against my better judgment.
1:21.2	And I now realize that that's not the first time I've found myself in a part of just cultish
1:25.7	groups in general and fitness, wellness, even in careers. So I just want to know, why do
1:31.5	I keep finding myself in these situations? And how do I be a part of communities without
1:36.3	falling into some kind of group thing or just like giving my power away?
1:40.2	It's a very good question. And it's a, I'm sorry, that that happened when you left the
1:45.2	group, was it like hard to leave or were you just like, I'm done with this and you walked
1:49.2	away and you weren't chased or anything by them.
