As I said, T changes you. T works with you. It's not like when we're in a meditation and we're just like, well, when the time passes, it'll be done. It's like those things that are hard, your heart become softened too. And all of a sudden, it's not so hard. And that's what I want in life. Like, life's hard. This world is crazy.
