You know, so many people ask that question and you just...

I'm fine.

I'm not fine.

Why ask?

Unless you really want to know.

I am possibly dealing with adrenal fatigue.

Makes sense.

Yeah, but I'm going to do some testing.

I'm really, really tired.

And at first I thought it was the jet lag, and then I thought it was having three

bursts in a week.

And, you know, those all makes sense.

And so now here I am.

I've rested, rested, rested, rested, then I still feel like I'm just dragging my body around.

So I'm so in tune with how I feel.
