In fact, we're going to be focusing on how to drink less during the holidays for the entire month of December inside the Take a Break membership.

Because what I see happen and frankly, not just with my clients, but in my own experience is that the holidays end up being this period where we just find ourselves year after year going overboard.

So we eat too much and we drink too much and it doesn't just happen once.

So I'm not even talking about how it happens kind of every year around the holidays, but it will happen kind of once around the holidays.
