What did you think of this episode?

You know, I know I said before the season began that I would kind of be disappointed if they remove a lot of the mystery from the Gus Frings character.

But like five minutes in this episode, I'm like, nope, fuck it.

I want to know it all.

Want to know it all because it is super interesting the machinations of the cartel and the

jealousies and the pettiness and the struggles for power are interesting to the point where I was

wondering as I was exorbing how I thought about the episode like man what if they made a better call Gus or what if they made a, what if this was Los Polios Hermanos? And we just took it from, you know, Gus and Max, cooking chicken and meth and going to, like, like, what if the opening scene was Max getting his brains blown out? And then we just had a series of flashes back to Gus and Max and their life.

And were they lovers?

And what were they?

And Gus's climbed through Mexico to the U.S.

I mean, that stuff is awesome.

Arguably more interesting than Jimmy's fall to Saul.

But that's not the story we got.

And I don't know, man.

It's because, but it's so much more interesting than figuring out how Jimmy resolves his relationship with his asshole brother that I stopped caring about.

And I mean, the only reason I still care about Chuck is I want to see how Jimmy ultimately defeats him.
