Hey everybody before we start this episode of the Wodcast podcast I just want to talk to you about a couple things

first of all shows going great This episode that we recorded tonight was a different one.

Scott is away on a work assignment for the next couple weeks and Armin is actually at the world championships down in Anaheim

California. So this is Eddie speaking to you. I recorded the episode with a bunch of friends, some of them you know, some of them past guests, a new one, and it was a really

fun episode. We recorded it up at Hunter McIntyre's compound where he lives in trains up in the mountains of Malibu.

And it was a really fun episode.

There's a lot of knowledge flying around.

Who knows what's true?

Who knows what isn't?

But a lot of fit guys that are really into what they say it on it with like total human

optimization these guys are all about, you know, getting really good at being fit, healthy, kind of elitism,

you know how it is.

But I hope you enjoy the episode. It's a little different because it's just me with them.

You know, not the usual show.
