Welcome back to the podcast with myself Joseph Clough. I hope you are epic, my friend. I just wanted to tell you

0:23.5

how awesome you really are. I think that in each and every one of us, we have tremendous gifts,

0:30.3

and sometimes those gifts can come out from our issues, our problems, our shadows, our conflicts.

0:37.2

And remember, if it wasn't

0:39.8

for my issues if it wasn't for my depression my anxiety my low self-esteem my

0:44.5

blushing my self-consciousness my social anxiety I would not be doing this today

0:50.4

those issues caused me to look deeper on the inside, to figure out how the mind

1:59.2

like cancer, right? Many of people will go through life just living

2:02.7

their life normally and kind of not being quite happy or unhappy and then something big comes

2:08.8

out of the blue and then it shakes their whole world and let's say in this example it was cancer

2:14.1

and then sometimes they'll go wow I'm I know life is so precious. I'm willing

2:19.5

to do whatever it takes to really cherish, have gratitude for each and everything which is in my

2:25.4

present awareness. So sometimes our biggest issues may actually be our biggest instigators. And
