Welcome to the Happiness Podcast, I'm Dr. Robert Puff. Many years ago I went on vacation for a week and it was at a resort in Mexico.

0:18.0

And it was one of these all-inclusive resorts where everything was provided you just paid one fee.

0:24.0

But the unique thing about this resort was it had activities

0:28.0

and these activities were centered on sporting type events.

For example, they had volleyball, they had yoga, they had rock climbing,

1:35.0

and if they didn't know how to do something else

1:38.0

or if they weren't good at it, they wouldn't try it.

1:41.0

Now was pretty much categorical. Pretty much everyone stayed within one

1:46.1

to maybe three activities that they were good at, and they just did these activities every day.

1:51.1

And mind you, there's nothing wrong with doing what you enjoy.

1:55.1

But the inquisitive person that I am, I kind of ask people what made you decide to
