IT at Fleet Farm and Appleton, Wisconsin.

So we're talking a little bit before the show about what you're most interested in,

if you will.

And you told me that you're most interested in your leadership journey.

And you spend a lot of time focused on that.

So let's just lead right off with that and talk.

Give us some background on what that means to you.

Yeah, that sounds great.

So leadership to me is really important because you want to make sure that you're taking care of your employees and really making sure that you have that good rapport with the organization,

really big into the culture, trying to make sure that we have a culture

that's encouraging and supporting the employees.

You know, leadership can mean so many different things to so many different people.

And you really, what I found even outside of leadership, honestly, within an organization,

you really need to have an understanding for how

the organization works. What's the lifecycle of the organization? There's the fiscal calendar and all

those fun things. But also, you also need to understand what's the right size for the organization,
