This week is Thanksgiving.

In addition to menu planning and grocery shopping, perhaps you're having a few

questions about gratitude.

In today's episode, we look at the Apostle Paul's instructions

in Philippians 4 to come to God with Thanksgiving. He suggests that being thankful makes us happier and less anxious.

Sounds like a good reason to focus on gratitude, not just this week, but all year long.
