I'm getting all Christmassy excited, aren't I? I'm getting a little giddy with the excitement of Christmas.

But anyway, no, what I was going to say was, how's your back, your poor old thing?

Oh, God. I know this is a recurring theme of the podcast this year, isn't it? That my back

seems to give out. It used to be, it started back in when I was 20, when I jumped off my

desk on by a harvester and it seized up. And ever since then, every two or three years,

it's gone. Well, this this year i think this is the

third time and it happened yesterday on the way to good morning britain i i kind of thought it was

going to happen i could sense that it wasn't right so i booked an osteopath employment for monday

and on the way to good morning britain i was in one of these new um VW ID4 electric cars and if you don't put your

seat on in the back seat it just bleeps the whole time. So I was going to say I did a reach

around and not for the first time. I reached around to get the seatbelt to play and it went.

I was thinking, oh my God.

So, and it's been terrible ever since.

So I then texted the osteopath and said,

can we rearrange for this afternoon?

And he said, I'm not in today.

So I am going to see him this afternoon at 3 o'clock.

And he will correct it because he's brilliant

and he always does. But it just restricts your whole life. Yesterday, I just couldn't settle to do anything.
