This one feels like a case that Dominic Dunn would have

covered on power, privilege, and justice, but alas, it was not covered by him, but oh boy, this

case was covered extensively all over the media as it evolved. The saga of Betty Broderick definitely grabbed the attention

of the nation and true crime followers everywhere. It was in November of 1989 that Betty Broderick

shot and killed her ex-husband Dan and his new wife Linda. There was a terrible divorce between

Betty and Dan, long, arduous, and Betty really did go take that ultimate step, and because of

that step, she would spend the rest of her life in prison. Betty's life did end just last week on May 8th,

with Betty passing away at the age of 78. Today, in this episode, we're going all the way back

to an early episode of Trashy Divorces from November 2019 to reprise and remember the love affair of Dan and Betty.
