What I define success as a small and mighty investor is meeting all of your financial goals

with the least number of properties possible, depending on what your financial goals are.

If you want to make a million dollars a year, maybe you do need to have a really big portfolio.

But if you're like most of the people I interviewed for this book were people who said,

you know what, having 60 grand a year, having 100 grand a year, maybe 150 grand a

year, like for my rental portfolio, that's like my end goal. And if you want to join the small and

mighty club, you know, if you're one property, if you're 100 properties, you know, you can join
