Howdy folks welcome back to the podcast and welcome to a very special edition of the

now that we're a family podcast today we are recording episode number 300 of the

now that we're a family podcast and because of that we're going to be reflecting on

various episodes that we've recorded over the last six years and if we look back and

strongly disagree with anything that we've said over the last few years if we

stand by most of the things that we've said over the last six years or if we're just kind of

amused by some of the things that we've said over the last six years.

I do want to say before we jump into this, many of you have been here since the beginning.

It seems like every once in a while I get to hear from one of you it's like no like I remember the day that

you posted your first podcast episode and I listened it's like no way because I think

that was like three people and the fact that those three people are still

listening today is really

means a lot to us and so this I don't know I'm getting all sentimental here getting all

happy but this podcast has been an integral part of our marriage and of our family. It's forced us to have conversations

that we maybe wouldn't otherwise have. It's encouraged us by hearing from you folks, whether in person or online, just hearing your feedback on

some of the subjects that we talk about.

And it's stretched us and it's, yeah, I think it's grown us and so we're really grateful for it and

we're certainly excited about the next 300 episodes that we intend to

record anyways let's get this thing rolling.
