Family if I am in a certain way today if I seem like I have a pep in my step if I seem like I have a twinkle in my eye it is because my musical theater kid self has been reignited and I am feeling it baby I am ready to.

You are why are you feeling so would you care to invite everyone why you're possibly feeling so reignited well our daughter requested a few months ago to go to musical theater camp for summer which here's the bottom line you know as a parent you.

Our goal is to really have our child dive into whatever they're interested in and so I've never attempted to push my musical theater desires on amber and just allowed amber to be amber but it happens that she just loves musical theater.

She asked to be a musical theater summer camp I was secretly just so thrilled and since she has started this.

Amber is buzzing she is buzzing lit up dancing through grocery store aisles just one to one to step box stepping doing all the songs all her vocal practices and now.

It has reignited that part of myself that was just you know shut away for so long and now it is experiencing.

She is experiencing a side of herself that we have slowly turned off.

When I was first started dating me he was used to you know coming and seeing me in productions which we've talked about before what sometimes make him cringe because I would go full cringe lord when I would do my musical theater and I love it okay but it had been shut away for a while and now what Evan is experiencing is me times two and amber and I are box stepping around.

Evan singing show tunes at him 24 if we're starting this hot her and I are electric right now we're just like we're a two woman show.

This is we're a two woman show everywhere we're going right now in the car at the grocery store when we were at the harbor in the house and Evan just kind of is there as like the sun and we are

rotating around him just like you know box stepping. I am the audience okay they look at me as one of the people who just bought a ticket to their new show just released on Broadway it's so wonderful to have you as a built an audience for us because you're you have to be there 24 seven so we sing at you constantly.

Yeah here's the thing guys with musical theater in general for me it's kind of like Disneyland I was never a big Disneyland person I was just kind of like yeah I don't really get it it's like.

It's like yeah then amber gets into Disneyland as all kids do and now I'm like you know I didn't want to say D head but you know I'm a Disneyland guy yeah.

Yeah and it's and it's always based based through her joy so like her experiencing extreme joy makes me happy right so that's the situation with Disneyland now with musical theater it's definitely going to be slightly more of an uphill battle than Disneyland was I think because there's this thing that happens in first of all I'm already starting to dig it so I'm already finding myself singing the songs that they're singing I'm already enjoying watching the movies that we've been watching but here's the thing that I'm going to do is I'm going to do it.

I'm watching but here's here's you guys can help me with kind of how to handle this when you're sitting down eating a meal and someone turns to you and you're not in a crowd and they just start singing directly at you are you talking about me Evan yes I am when when someone stares directly into your eyes and sings at you they're not asking you a question they're not asking you to join in on a conversation they sing directly at you for what I would say is a long time right this is like 10 seconds this is like
