What's up everybody, welcome back to another episode of the Lights Out Podcast.

I'm your host Josh and as always I have my brother and producer Joel here in the studio

with me as well.

And for the last episode of October we are going to be covering the infamous Kettie Cabin

murders which is an absolutely brutal quadruple homicide that took place in 1981 that involved

the Sharp family and friends.

And this is one of those cases that when I first heard about it absolutely sent chills

through my body because it's one of those cases where this could happen to anybody.

I mean being out in the middle of nowhere in a small town, there's a lot of places

like this where actually Joel and I live here in Colorado, you know, teeny tiny towns

with little cabins that are super remote.

And one of the things I always think about is what happens if I'm in a remote place,

you know, staying in a cabin or something like that and you know some killer show up and

start terrorizing me or kill me.

I mean that's a genuine thought that I have whenever you know I stay out somewhere in

the middle of the forest.

I mean it's super relaxing, don't get me wrong but when night falls it can definitely

get creepy out there.

And you know they always say that some of the crazy out there that do shit like this

lives out in the middle of nowhere, right?

You never know who's going to be around and you never know who's kind of hidden out there

in the darkness.
