First up, Joe Biden says that North Korean troops should be shot and killed if they cross into Ukrainian territory.

It was said last night in a comment

during a virtual White House town hall.

We will cover that to October surprise, if we can call it that, along with a batch of

final polls in the U.S. presidential race. Third, some good news for us this morning, especially

for listeners on the West Coast of America, you've got a new

supplier of oil, gas, and diesel products. It's Canada and that could push down

prices for you and maybe our friends in Europe. But before we get to that let's get to our top stories of

the morning and we begin with this Joe Biden says that North Korean troops should

be shot and killed if they are found to have crossed into Ukrainian territory.

Reuters news reports that Mr Biden made that comment to reporters yesterday as he was traveling

to Baltimore, asked whether he was concerned at all about the ongoing reports of

Pyongyang's troops being deployed to Ukraine and he said yes very much

concerned about that and he said if they cross into Ukrainian territory they are fair game to be shot and

killed and that is a pretty big deal folks in part because as CNN and the BBC

have reported there is already a small number of North Korean forces in Ukraine this morning

with others deployed to that cursed region inside of Russia.
