Tell us about your early rugby career and how you got into the fitness industry.

I played at Hartbury College after doing a bit of a stint at Bracknell Rugby Club.

And when I came back from there, I played at Maidenhead for a few seasons. And I was an avid attendee,

born of Sevens. Yes, May. Without doubt, my first experience was getting called up on the day to go down and play for Southampton Solent.

And when I got there, I couldn't believe it. I'm looking around.

I'm like, whoa, this is not a rugby tournament.

Because you go to other places, like Frum used to do the first tournament of the season.
