1:43.0 | Isn't it interesting? How just thinking about a happy memory can produce an emotion? |
1:49.0 | Does that sound familiar? So for me, when I do this exercise, I think about my wedding. |
1:56.0 | I got married last October and I will tell you it was so much fun. It really was. |
2:02.0 | And I never really spent much time dreaming about my wedding or thinking about my wedding day. |
