But well what what what ails you I don't know I think it's a sinus infection at this point because I'm not contagious and it's been going on for a while.

So I don't know it's definitely not the flu anymore. It's too bad that you're not contagious though you can just sneeze right in my mouth and put me out of my misery perhaps.

But it'll ask take me off this moral coil Chris Reagan while I'm glad that you're here we will maybe do a shorter episode today we'll see how it goes but I don't want to keep you here you see now it's all in the voice that's the main thing that's

bugging me. I don't care about the fact that I could be dying to me it's like I'd rather just sound healthy sure sure after

the ashes as the saying goes so don't sweat it too much but drink your water I bought you a box of premium salt teams

for your request yeah I texted you in the car because I was like oh I got to have an eating them sick can you get me

something he got me a an individual thing of salt in so I didn't know that they even sold very fancy now I will

tell you that you requested two separate things that were a little surprising because they're both they're fine I actually like

salt teams my dad was like obsessed with salt teams when I was growing up so I ate a lot of them but you asked for either regular

lays potato chips or salt teams yeah because it's way the two blandest exactly I'm not looking for anything like flavor

fine just need like basic sustenance right you know like you're like a hunter gatherer exactly they didn't need they need
