Summary

Earl Kimrey could face the death penalty if convicted of murdering little Mariah Woods. Prosecutors plan to pursue capital punishment against the North Carolina man. Nancy Grace stays on the case with lawyer Troy Slaten, psychologist Caryn Stark, forensics expert Joseph Scott Morgan, & Jacksonville Daily News reporter Mike McHugh.
