about that too. And we have a little pop culture docket because, well, I want to talk about the

offspring in the Olympics and Metallica. I never thought I'd see it. And I have never been so happy

to turn on Olympic figure skating and be delighted. Also,

yeah, the men's Olympic gold medal is dressed like a panda. And not just any panda, Po from

Kung Fu Panda. Yeah, we're going to pop culture docket Olympics edition. So let's get into it.

the facts. So let's get into it. So we are back in trial on Monday in the Corey Richens case.

If you are not familiar with Utah versus Corey Richens, I'm going to give you some of the details

in this case and you'll probably go, oh, that one, that's going to trial finally? Yes, because we are

going back to Utah for trial for Cory Richens. You'll recognize the courtroom from the

Guineath-Paltrow ski collision case, that is the last time we were in

this courthouse in Summit County. But this is a criminal case. So different judge, different

attorneys, the whole nine yards. But you will love Judge M. He has been even keeled. And I think the

only time I've even had a whisper of anything to say is on occasion,

he has erred on the side of caution, which as a judge in a criminal prosecution, airing on the

side of caution, is where we are going to see less things available for appeal if there is a

conviction. So I understand it, but sometimes I'm like,
