All right, welcome to Colonial Outcast, everybody. Here at Colonial Outcast, we try and disseminate analysis as dispassionately as possible.

But when discussing the health care situation in Gaza, even from a strictly clinical viewpoint, it's impossible to avoid the disregard of every red line Israelist cross.

Most notably, their violation of every international standard regarding the sacred

status of health care facilities, their workers, and their patients. We have had Dr. Latala

on twice to describe how dire the situation is for health care workers, including targeted

assassinations of doctors to intimidate all medical staff and to abandoning their duties

for their fellow Gazans. If you don't know, Dr. Latala was a surgeon for the Al-Axa hospital, which was the

last fully operational medical facility in Gaza.

I say was because, as many of you may be aware, Israelis have forced the evacuation of Al-Axa for an impending assault.

This evacuation includes premature babies who will no doubt struggle to live any

longer under any conditions outside of a health care facility. Of course, this is all part of

Israel's greater goal of eradicating any functions of civilization for the Ghazan people and

accelerating the genocide through disease. Dr. Atala and his family were also forced out of their

apartment and into tents along the coast, which are now being bombed.

For obvious nefarious reasons, the West has turned a blind eye to these violations, such as the destruction of every medical facility in the Gaza Strip,

the blockade on all critical medical supplies, the sabotage of medical equipment, the massacres and torture in El Shifaifa Hospital and the most current crisis facing the Alloxa hospital.

Getting a real glimpse of what it's like to work in the medical field requires medical personnel who have actually been there in this hell.

So joining us today is Dr. Muhammad Abdel Fata.

Dr. Abdel Fata is a Palestinian American critical care physician from Southern California

and currently works at MLK Community Hospital in Los Angeles. He volunteered at the European

Gaza Hospital in Southern Gaza in May and was present when the invasion of Rafa started. So,
