Today, we are talking about God's will.

Those of you who are Christians, I wonder how many of you, you maybe have a friend or somebody in your life group that's so close to God, it seems like they have God on speed dial.

Anybody have an annoying friend like that? Raise your hand. Type online. I have a friend like that.

They pray, and it seems like God immediately answers their prayers. They ask God for a sign,

and a dove lands on their head. You pray, you read the Bible, you seek God, you seek wisdom, you call on God, and it seems like you're stuck waiting for a callback.

And sometimes you wonder like, what am I doing wrong?

Am I praying wrong?

Do I have a lack of faith?

Is there sin in my life?

Am I listening to too much secular music?

I need more Kerry Job and less Taylor Swift.

Most of you aren't swifties, so that just was dumb.

Father, we thank you that you are a good God, that you love us, and God that you want to direct our steps into your perfect will.

God, would you use your word to teach us how to know you personally so we could follow you

intimately? Bless us, God, with your word, your presence, your wisdom, and your guidance so we can know you
