At least that's what many of you have told me in my direct messages on Instagram.

Yes, I read and I respond to all of them, real talk, legit.

But I also have to let you know that for a while I've dreaded sharing these ask me anything

sessions.

To be honest, I thought that they were unprofessional.

I worried the audio was awful and I hated the sound of my voice, but I quickly learned

that when I get out of my own way, the realness of who I am cracks through.

Okay, so why am I telling you this?

Friend, I can't help but want this to be your invitation for you to get out of your own

way.

Now, you might worry that you don't have the right tools, or maybe you worry about not having

the right words to say, or maybe you think someone else can do it better.

I'm like heck, maybe you're right.

But here's what I also know.

No one is you.
