I'm wildly impressed with your hiring process. Wildly. That was the word she used.

And then I immediately panicked because I'm going to explain more like why in a second.

But let's get back to that consultant. She explained that before setting into her current

consulting firm, the team that I was working with, she interviewed at the

biggest, most internationally recognized firms. She told me that our hiring process was almost

identical to Accenture's hiring process. Now, if you're not familiar with Accenture, it's,

I'm going to say, this is the exact definition, quote, a global professional service leader

providing strategy, consulting, digital technology,

and operation services to major businesses, governments, and organizations worldwide.

End quote. Okay, so the easiest way to understand it, they're big dogs in the consulting

world. So after explaining what she went through during the interview process, yeah, it was.

Our recruiting and hiring process was very similar to theirs.

And then I panicked because I didn't want her to think that I was posturing or acting like

I was far more strategic than I was.

I cannot stand fake or inauthentic people.

Like those are people great on me.

So that's the last person I wanted to be associated with or like that's the kind of person
