Have you noticed?

One of my greatest addictions in life is to email.

It is my kryptonite.

Nothing else owns me, like email, no food, no drink, no physical urge, nothing.

Not like email.

I don't know.

It's weird.

There is something about needing to have to have everything cleared out before I feel

mentally and spiritually free to go head down and do my vital work.

And when I hit a cognitive wall while doing my vital work, man, oh man, the songs of my

siren, my email, she starts singing her sweet, sweet song in my ear, open me, check me,

come on, I'm over here, ready and waiting for you, like I said, it's weird.

I have all sorts of hacks and tricks and tactics that I have to protect myself from this

seductive trickster.

I'll share some of those as we progress through the year.

But for now, let's just focus on something that you can do to help everybody else out with

their email addictions, because it's destroying the lives and potential futures of those

around you.
