Niamaya Davis and today I wanted to give you a quick short form

episode. I'm currently here in Vegas at the M3 Accelerator

conference which has been great.

And I wanted to share with you a few of my takeaways.

So they're able to plan this amazing conference

in about 35 to 40 days.

Most conferences put on of this caliber will probably take a year, six months, three months, four months, but they were able to do this in two months.

And what I take away from this is simple. They made a decision to commit first and figure out the rest later and sell.

Those were the two major components of making this conference successful. Why? They made a commitment. They say, hey, we're going to have this conference successful. Why?

They made a commitment.

They say, hey, we're going to have this conference,

we're going to make it happen, we're going to serve some people

and it's going to be incredible.

Next thing they say, hey, we're going to sell tickets, sell tickets.

And as they sold tickets, it really started to make their dream and their vision a reality.

So you're probably asking them, how can I begin to apply this to my life? When you begin to get an idea, I need you start taking massive action on the idea.

Don't share it with everyone because a lot of people are going to take that idea that you're sharing with them and tell you all the reasons why I won't work.

They're going to tell you all the reasons why it's not possible.

They're going to tell you all the reasons why, but you can do it this way, but you can do it that way.
