Good morning. Welcome to Your World Within Daily.. Middle of the week, life is good good.

Thought we could chat a little bit about the coronavirus quarantine, something we're all going through.

And, you know, news has been kind of hopeful. It's been, you know, in most places, cases are leveling off, winding down.

We're talking about strategies to reopen and get life, you know, maybe not back to exactly how it was, but closer to that than this.

And that is a hopeful, inspiring thing.

But we still have a little bit of time.

And, you know, time equals opportunity.

And I wanted to talk about, you know, three ways to potentially help push you through,

through to that light at the end of the tunnel.

You know, I've certainly been inspired by hearing how other people have handled this and

made some changes and done some things.

And I wanted to talk about the three things that I find most valuable during this time that you can implement into your life, however you see fit.

So here are three things to help push you through.

The first is quite simply wellness, mentally and physically.

What's one thing you can do in each of those categories to improve your wellness? And the way I'm

looking at it is pretty simple. It's like, you know, you want to be able to insert things into your

life that help you cope with now, with the present, the trying time that we're in so that you

can effectively manage it and be more calm and relaxed.

But also, you know, build habits for the future because ultimately, you know, this won't

last forever.
