Okay, so you know how sometimes when you're driving you see those funny road signs that like

tell you they're like pop culture references or little jokes like around

Halloween there was I remember seeing one that said like hocus pocus drive with

focus yes yeah the big highway sign. Yeah, yeah. So the funny ones are going

to actually be going away. Why? Why? The US Federal Highway Administration has given

states two years to implement all the changes outlined in

their new manual which basically says they can't be funny anymore.

Why can't you be funny anymore?
