Number one, passive income isn't always passive.

Take an example in real estate,

because that's an example that a lot of people use.

Well you know if I buy a piece of real estate I buy a property then it is considered passive income.

Well but passive income isn't always passive. When you own a piece of property it is not that much different from owning a business. There are responsibilities.

You need to do marketing to attract a tenant or multiple tenants. You need to filter and screen
