So Steve and I, we get on the phone and hang out together and challenge each other. You know, we're just like, hey, what would you do about this and what would you do about that? record button is because even before we got on, I have to just tell you, we were talking about

coaching our people and our teams because it's never a how or a what, it's always a who.

And so, guys, I was listening to Carl this Monday on the coaches meeting.

He coaches all of the Freedom Club coaches and all of our coaches in our programs.

And I'm telling you, I just was reflecting on the questions.

And I said, Carl, it's so good.

Like we were talking about one thing that came up.

So before you get to ask your question, I think we should even share what happens. So I spent two weeks out of town on business. And my team, if you've listened

to Carl and to the podcast and to what we're doing with Freedom Club, there's a story about

the Roush engine. And so what he did to make his engine one of the best engines in the world was he was

never afraid to let it break. And literally I was out of town a couple weeks. We were talking about

this. And you said, Steve, how'd it go? And I said, well, we're closing. It'll be our best month

in 19 years. And we had a few challenges. We broke the engine, but guess what? We survived.

Wait, wait. There's a better part of this. So it's your best month ever in your career.

Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. You were gone. Two weeks. Two weeks, half the, half the month. You,

you and I were hanging out down here in Clearwater.
