I've never done this format before, and I was looking

through lists of podcast ideas and questions that some of you have sent in in the past, because

I, to be honest, up until 15 minutes ago, I had no clue what I was going to talk about today,

and this just kind of came to

me. So I'm pumped because this is going to give you some insights into maybe some ideas for your

own business and a little peek behind the scenes over here too. So let's go ahead and get started.

Three things that I'm doing that are working currently. Now, if I'm being brutally honest, the past couple days, if you had asked me this

question, I would say nothing's working. It's just been, I've shared before,

like the dark side of, you know, if you listen to the dark side of entrepreneurship, which was a

couple of episodes ago, I've just been sharing that I feel like I'm coming out of this,

this winter season. That's what it feels like. It feels like I just experienced, just like,

you know, we've all experienced, depending on where you are in the world, like the actual winter.

It's felt very winter-like metaphorically in my world. And I'm coming out of it, but I'm still

feeling the residual funk in that. And it does, it does seem to be

getting better. But you know how whenever it's finally spring, there's still like random cold

days? And it's like, what the hell? I thought we were over this. It feels like that. So today, I'm so thankful

that I decided to record today. And I didn't set time aside on Monday, like I'm recording
