Hello hello hello, hello, it is Sunday night, November 4th. And I am doing a

podcast on team building by request. If you have any other requests always just

tweet me or Instagram me and I'll try to get around to it. I love doing these things

because I'm able to refer people to my

podcast when I get emails or questions because I love to be open and available to you

so I put together a quick five points. This actually might be really quick on how to build your team.

And obviously this is my opinion, how I built my team. I have people that I never really like to say work for me because I feel like they

more or less work with me and I work for them in a sense. I'll get around to how I choose people and how I end up working for them, but understanding the philosophy and sort of how you should approach working with a team, especially if you're like an entrepreneur or a

self-starter. Working with a team can be difficult because you're used to doing a lot of

things by yourself, but you have to get to a point where you realize you can't get

ahead unless you have a team. So number one, I'll dive right into it,

is recognizing your weaknesses.
