And I'm Antonio Dodge. So we are continuing a two-part series.

This is part two of a two-part series around the three styles of cognitive function loops.

Now if you're a brand new listener, that might be pretty intimidating when you hear that title

because it's like, what in the world you're cognitive cognitive function I don't even know what you're talking about. If you don't know what I'm

talking about the best thing you could possibly do right now is go over to personality

hacker.com and look up cognitive functions and something else that we call the car model.

This is going to give you a lot of information, some reference points to continue on this

discussion, but just for the sake of going along if you don't want to go do that research right now and you'd like to listen when we talk about

cognitive functions we're talking about mental processes in your brain wiring basically that show up and help you make decisions and help you learn or

perceive new information in the world. And when we talk about a cognitive

function loop we're talking about in our in our car model example here at Personality Hacker, when your dominant mental

process or cognitive function gets into cahoots with your tertiary, what's

technically called your tertiary or 10-year-old function, they begin to form a loop that

can sometimes give you challenges in life.

And so that's what we're talking about here.

And if you haven't heard part one, we go into more detail around the principles of the loop in the last podcast in part one.

So you can get a frame of reference. This is really going to build upon the body of knowledge we started working on in that podcast.

In the last podcast we talked about all the IP personality types, so I NFP, ISP, I NTP, ISTPs, and we also talked about all the EJ personality types

ENFJ ENTJ E S FJ ESTJ. In this podcast we're gonna cover the the EPs and the IJs. So we're going to cover the

ENFPs, ESFPs, ENTPs, ESTPs, and we're going to cover the IJs,

ENFJ, ISFJ, ISFJ, N TJ, and ISTJ. I know that seems like a mouthful for me to recite.
