And today's episode, we're going to get into a no BS, no fluff, just real honest conversation about what it looks like and what it takes to reach your body composition

goals. This is, we're not going to beat around the bush here. We're going right for it.

We're going right for the jugular. And I think this is important because I'm going to break this

down into like three parts. There's three parts to this. There's your nutrition. There's your training slash activity.

And then there's this third category. And it's actually kind of difficult to categorize this third category.

What I'm going to call it is your metabolic blueprint.

And the reason for that is because it needs to encapsulate things like stress and recovery

and habits. And there's like this, it's not miscellaneous because that's a really horrible word to describe it.

But everybody focuses on nutrition and training.

But the problem is, if that was all that mattered, then way more people would be successful than actually are.

And so I find that this third category of like stress management and your metabolism and

your sleep routine and your ability to recover from the demands of your life.
