I know you're supposed to like everybody.

You don't like them and you're seeing them winning.

Or someone's success that really bugs you or a situation that's happening in your life or you're just like,

Well, your triggers are your greatest teachers.

And today, I am going to unpack three different triggers that you will experience in your life.

I'm going to tell you what they are and more importantly, I am going to flip them into

the biggest learning opportunities of your lifetime and I'm going to do it telling you a story about this friend of mine and two crazy

embarrassing stories about me all so that you don't have to learn these lessons about the three triggers
