And actually, there's a little strategy for doing this.

Now, it takes a little bit of time, but I'm going to walk you through it.

And there's actually only three steps to doing this.

Now, I'm doing this myself right now on a sixth.

Yes, that's right, sixth niche property that we're building out.

Literally, as I record this, we purchased the domain about three days ago.

And the seasoning of the domain is happening right now.

So the minute that we purchased it, it's fresh.
