So over the years of just doing this show, I don't know that there's a topic that I've

confronted more than doubt.

I like the good old fashioned word doubt.

But now we have a phrase that's been around in very long time as well called imposter syndrome.

So however you want to classify what you're feeling when it comes to this issue, you need

to know the three voices of doubt.

There are really three primary voices of doubt that get in our head and we'll talk through

how they get there and then they seep down in door heart and they just hold us back.

And I'm not immune to it.

You're not immune to it.

The only people that are immune to it are people who just quit on life and just say, I'm

done.

I'm going to sit on the bleachers of life.

I'm going to sit in the lazy boy of life and just watch everybody else.

The biggest season of doubt that I've ever experienced in my life was when I was in my

late 20s, early 30s.
