Wow. Yeah, and I'm doing really, really good. It was a, um, I didn't have any tearing or any as the any like trauma or anything like that and so the

recovery has been great. The swelling has gone down significantly in my in

in my belly and yeah it's been awesome not too much and that's too much pain or anything this was your third

Unassisted birth. My third unassisted birth. Yes. So let's let's just start from the beginning. What

originally led you to choose on assisted? Okay, well, probably six years ago, my brother and his wife moved to Mexico and they were pregnant.

And there moved to Mexico and they were pregnant.

And their intention was to move here

to live off the land and be off the grid and things like that.

And so I had already been here for, I don't know, 10 years.
