You need to first choose the revenue vehicle, right?

The biggest mistake that I see so many entrepreneurs make is they're trying to

figure out what is my vehicle going to be right there they're literally they come

out the gate and say hey I want to do a webinar I want to do a challenge I want to do a

VSL I want to do a live event and what happens is you try to focus on doing all of those

things like you're going to say I'm gonna get good at a webinar I'm gonna get good at

a challenge I'm gonna get good at this I'm gonna get good at whatever your business is, but the problem is you're focusing on too many

different aspects of it so one never grows. So this is for my digital

entrepreneurs. When I say choose a vehicle, choose a way that you're going to generate most of your money and this is what we call our cash flow days.

So one of the things that I did for a year and a half to two years straight every single Sunday for a year and a half and two years straight, I focused on

running a webinar, right? And during the entire webinar, I taught people how to open up event spaces.

To date, we've helped well over 5, 600 people opened up event spaces in their city, right?

But I focus my energy and my effort on getting extremely good at educating and showing people

how I was able to grow two of my event spaces

and make well over $10,000 a month profit,

leveraging my event spaces.

So I took the vehicle being the webinar, right,

and I focused on that every single week, right?
