So we're about to start a podcast with me and Jay Shelly, but before we begin, Jay Shelly's tips on great hair.

So apparently, you've got to wet your hair in the morning after you come under the shower.

Then you take a hair dryer and if your hair normally goes this way,

you comb it the opposite direction on warm,

then you comb it the direction you want on cold.

And then it fluffs up and so since doing that I've added at least two inches to my

hair and apparently a lot of people talk about inches and other parts of your body

but their hair being far more visible is where

And so my hair literally grew by two inches and people started saying I look at least five years

younger and now back then my social media following was 30,000 people it is now
