I want to take on abuse in the workplace.

It happens.

It happens more often than we probably would care to admit.

All I think common sense should prevail.

It doesn't always prevail.

To that end, I want to outline three specific areas where we see, we read, we see the stories

that abuse actually is happening.

It's important to point out there is a difference between mistreatment and abuse.

Bad bosses aren't necessarily bad people.

I want to point that out.

But bad bosses can be bad people.

The difference between the two is a bad boss who isn't a bad person has never seen leadership

modeled the right way.
