And, you know, one of the things that we are short on is patience.

I struggle with most as a father patience is is something I

don't know if it's a virtue of mind but it's something that I've always struggled

with and it wasn't really until I founded the GDP that I really got got pretty specific on how to work on patients and how to not necessarily master patients because I don't know if you ever get to that level, but I think if you have some

awareness of how you can enhance it, that's what makes life all the better.

And again, right now, this time of year, you know know it's right around Christmas time our

patience is short we're trying to do everything possible to make the holidays what we

want them to be plus I mean the holidays are just a stressful time I mean sometimes

financially it's a stressful time and just family are just

families in general, you know, if you come from a blended family or if you're having

you know, relationship issues in your traditional family or if you're going through a really rough time with maybe a divorce or separation or something like that I mean patients can can be a very very tough thing and especially this time of year.
