1:39.2 | they were unkind or had a bad attitude? Maybe this was even someone you looked up to, only to discover that |

1:53.7 | already know that being 100% prepared and qualified for a job isn't all there is to being a good person, someone who |
2:05.9 | others enjoy working with. Confidence does not always equal kindness, and no level of preparedness |
