I searched EF yesterday. I just thought, let me see what the top 10 New Year's resolutions for 2019 were.

Just to qualify her here, I don't know how accurate this stuff is. It seems relatively accurate.

I got it from ink.com.inckmagazine. Very reputable magazine.

Researchers put out a poll here and 60% admitted that they make New Year's resolutions, but only 8% are successful in achieving them.

That's dismal. We've all heard that kind of data.

I wanted to focus very briefly on a few of the top 10.

Top 10 for 2019. Survey of 2,000 people.

Number 1 was diet or eat healthier. Number 2 was exercise more. Number 3 was lose weight. Number 4 saved more. Spend less.

Number 5 learned a new skill or hobby. Number 6 quit smoking. Number 7 read more. Number 8 find another job.

Number 9 drink less alcohol. Number 10 spend more time with family friends.

So that's a worthy list. But I see things only through my lens now.

And I'm thinking, wait a second. 70% of Americans are disengaged at work. Hate their job.
